  • Transferring the appropriate candidates to database.
  • Evaluating the applications.
  • To make technical competence and qualification based interviews to the candidates.
  • Evlaution of the candidates in scope of Işıklar Holding A.Ş. principles.
  • To make job offers to the successful candidates.
  • To start the job allocation process.
